Our community is a collective of passionate Latina influencers who have joined forces to advocate for our community and create impactful events that celebrate our culture. Established in 2021 the Latina Equity Foundation was created to provide a critical network and support for Latina Business Owners to reach their highest potential. The organization provides mentorship and networking opportunities, and honors Latina Trailblazers, Unsung Heroes, and Leaders. The Latina Equity Foundation celebrates and elevates the Latina community by focusing on the cultural and historical contributions of Latinas in Colorado Springs while providing opportunities and resources for the next generation of Latinos.
Our Mission
We are a group of Latina influencers who are answering a call to action after reviewing studies done by universities and the American Association of University Women that depict the disparity and inequity of women of color, specifically Latinas! WE WILL DO ALL IN OUR POWER TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE! and provide Latinas with the tools to create a better future for themselves and future generations.
